Their app stopped letting me log in so the only way to check my balance is was to call. I had both my password and my username reset and when it still did not let me log in I was told they did not know what was going on and that was all they could do. They never resolved the issue.
This place has the worst customer service. If you want a good banking experience, I would take my business to another bank.
I went into Butte Community Federal Credit Union to open a new account. Not only were they rude, they didn't know anything about Health Savings Accounts. I did not feel welcomed or like they were interested in doing business with me. After waiting an extensive period of time to talk to someone (while witnessing very poor customer service to others in the meantime), the person I met with was rude and unaccommodating. I love this credit union and all the people who make it special! Maybe that's why I've stuck around for 20+years. I want to especially thank Jody C. for all her help this week. Thanks to her, my teenager has a Jeep! So appreciative!
