I have been with this place since it was in a trailer behind Safeway! I have seen many people come and go over the years, and the staff their now leave a lot to be desired! It’s like being on the set of mean girls! They whisper and roll their eyes at customers! Absolutely disgusting! Unfortunately I’m stuck with them until my loan is paid off! It’s sad when someone would rather go borrow money from family rather than deal with that place! But it speaks volumes as to how they treat customers!

Would be 5 stars because these people are amazing and very friendly. But their online banking is easily the worst banking experience I've ever had. It wouldn't accept my password, so I sent for a new one. When I received the email my password had been correct the entire time. And, despite changing my password again, the online services have locked me out and requested I call the bank over the issue. Again great bank, amateur website.
