I would rather give zero stars... My beloved aunt passed away and Butler Wills and Estates was the keeper of her Will to which I was an Executor of, this is how I came to deal with this place. I arrived for my first appointment with Chelsea, to a no show! She was "out doing errands and should be back soon" according to Lynn. I was then advised that I could come inside to wait for her - where I was met by a large vocal German Shepherd. This was very intimidating but thankfully I am not fearful of dogs. Gave them my business back in September 2023 and have not heard from them. Not answering phones and not replying to emails. Are they out of business??? No idea!!!!! I am out of province so I can't even go door knock. Really unhappy. Service should have only taken a month. Fuming customer, or is it EX customer.
Terrible service - never did my basic will despite being asked. Follow up calls were placed to see when it would be ready and was told just a few more days. This was months ago and still no will! Better off going somewhere else!
