I'm a truck driver.I brought them their product they ordered from Texas.Got there in 1 hour before they closed, the guy Kevin in the warehouse.I guess he's the manager , Through a hissy fit Because he didn't get to leave early, According To his warehouse workers he likes to leave early. So see you monday so if anybody was needing product on my truck I apologize is not my fault. If you don't like doing your job Kevin, you need to find something new to do. I hope the owner sees this and has a talk with you.
Needed to place an order for Next Day Air on Friday, 11/3 before noon. Called to confirm stock and tried to place the order over the phone, but the employee (Mike) insisted I place the order online. I said OK and told him I would do so immediately. The next day the order never arrived and Butler Supply was closed so I couldn't get any answers. This caused a major hold up with our job. Today, Monday 11/6 I had to call 3 times before someone finally found out the order was never processed. No apology. No refund of any type off... read more
