Update about a year later: Clearly there has not been any manner of training, discussion, or cultural shift within the org. March 26th, 2026, 10:10am at the Bothell Public Library. Why do I have to fight this battle every day? Word of advice... If you are going to not care a whit about people with disabilities, perhaps do so when your branding is not all over the vehicle. I'll not be adjusting this review this time around. People need to be informed about the choices made by their vendors.

Amazing experience with Butler valet. My keys were somehow lost when parking with Butler at winery in Woodinville. They gave me a ride home, and called me within half an hour to say my keys have been recovered from someone else else parking with them, they sent their team member to drive my car home all within a couple of hours. Amazing customer service from this firm and I would recommend then highlight anyone that needs valet parking services for events or parties.
