We rented a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter from Butler for our one way trip from Seattle to Banff and the van and customer service were impeccable. We had zero issues, all of our questions were promptly answered, and everyone in the office and assisting us was very friendly and kind. We had a wonderful experience.
