Exceptional Experiences with Butler Mortgages! Don’t waste your time dealing with big bank mortgage "specialists", they’ll NEVER give you their best rate. Inquired about a mortgage and the mortgage agent proceeded to just tell me the difficulties I will have to obtain a mortgage for the house I was bidding on. This individual had no idea about my financial state , my occupation , anything. They then proceeded to mention five year rates prior to even asking me what term I was interested in . Seemed great when we first connected but after I submitted the requested documents, they completely ghosted me. I followed up and didn't receive any communication or confirmation that things were moving forward. Its been a montj. Super disappointed.
