Not surprised. Every single one of the reviews is 1 star because they are a heartless company with a bunch of lying supervisors. We have been waiting for transport from holy cross to children’s hospital and we’re waiting from 7 till 9:30. No call no show no info. Then at 10:30 hospital called to follow up, were told that we got bumped and have to wait till midnight. Called supervisor to make complaint she’s gonna tell me something happened they are running everything with one truck. Nurse says she’s lying and several trucks ... read more
