New to the area. Needed to match some trim that I replaced. The other lumber yard ( in Concord) didn't have it. Butler did. Friendly staff. Good prices.
3/4 red oak used on cabinet drawer fronts good quality.
Went there to buy some 1x6 cherry and not only did they cut it for me but they ripped it to the proper width! Will definitely be visiting them again.
Disappointed. Unwilling to be flexible. I am sick with COVID and cannot go in person to look at the lumber to have it cut to size for a sleeper sofa I am stuck on downstairs. They won't let me pay over the phone. Another person told me they cut it to size and delivered it for them. I am very disappointed in a company that claims to be a local service we can all turn to and seems to be flexible for some but not others. The staff is very friendly. I had questions about lumber for a drawer box and they built the box on the spot!
