I purchased a bed from them for my daughter from the store on University. This store is the most unprofessional i have seen thus far in handling business. It was my first time dealing with them and my LAST!!!! If you decide to purchase from this place make sure you have the appropriate documentation before leaving, especially if you paid cash. I would like to vent my extreme dissatisfaction in how Butler Furniture is managed in Sherwood. Let me explain, I ordered a love seat to a couch I had already bought from Butler. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks for it to come in. It was ME who called at the end of the third week to find out the status on my love seat. I was told that the manufacturer no longer makes that model but they had a couch. Since I wanted matching pieces I ordered the couch. Again, I was told 2-3 weeks (MORE waiting). I purchased a couch and sofa in cash. Before I made my purchase I asked if they had a sofa in their inventory because I dont want furniture that everyone has been sitting on. (Display) The salesman quickly said yes. I went back the next day to pick it up and after waiting for 20 mins, the assistant manager tells me they dont have the set that I had already paid for. I purchased a bed rail at the NLR store. The service was excellent! After getting home I changed my mind and called the store to ask them to refund even though it clearly says all sales are final on the receipt. They gave me absolutely NO TROUBLE by saying they would take them back. In the end, I kept the rails because it worked for my room design but I was very pleased with their level of commitment to their customers and would highly recommend them to everyone!! Louis Butler has some of the best furniture in arkansas and at a great price. I had the most wonderful shopping experience.
I purchased my Queen size mattress from Butlers about 3 years ago. I got them at an excellent price and they are holding up great. I recommend this store to everyone. Mr. Butler is very nice and honest.
I was recently informed that someone has used my name to make some ridiculous comments on this directory. Whoever was dumb enough to use my name must be dumb enough not to know that impersonating someone on the internet is a federal crime. I have a computer tech that is helping me track you down. I already have an idea of who could have been stupid enough to use my name to make foolish comments. And when I find you either through the computer or word of mouth, im prosecuting. You know what you did.
