Wanted to give a shout out to Eric from the water company. I flip a lot of houses and one of the parts I typically dread is dealing with any water company/city workers Because of poor communication and laziness. Eric was wonderful to work with when he came out to turn the water on at one of our properties. I hope someone passes along kudos

They do not give you any warning and lack all communication skills as a company! There autopay system is always glitchy which has caused me unessesary problems in the past. They even sent out a technician to come shut off our water for 'not paying' our bill the previous month. In his confusion, I showed him my payment on the BCW website and that I had paid several weeks prior to the date and he said they have a new system and it's been very buggy... how is this even aloud?! Boil advisory due to broken water main in area provided little to no information or alerts. Poor communication from all parties on phone and in person considering we were told it only involved 9 houses on our street. It's alarming they couldn't call as promised several times. Health risks did not concern them at all.

The on line web site and bill pay system is terrible. Sometimes you can get on and other times you can’t. It normally takes me 2 days of trying to get my billed paid

Absolutely terrible, should be NO stars, They are charging us $356.00 for water when we were out of the country and had the water main turned off. No one was in the house and they say we used 30,000 gallons. Service technician confirmed there was NO leak of any kind on two occasions. Employee we talked with was rude, condescending, arrogant and disrespectful and unwilling to listen and threatened she would have our water turned off completely if we persisted with legal action.
