I was dealing with some tremendous confusion trying to get things squared away for an auto loan (my first auto loan I'd ever done myself!) to provide to a dealership, and after an incredibly stressful day, Nikki from the Butler branch and Alli from the online team were huge helps! They both walked me through the last leg of the process and assisted me in ironing out the rest of the process so I could get the loan check to the dealership before the end of the day. I was having some issues with getting a new debit card due to the machine going down and Amanda was a huge help throughout everything, she was super nice and considerate, she proved how much she truly cared about helping me, and she even called me back to give me an update on the situation regarding my card which I just thought was nice. Overall, I just wanted to say something because she deserves a shoutout for doing such a good job :)
Brittany Crevar is always polite, has a positive attitude and eager to help assist anyone that walks in the door. I know that if I ever have any problems or question I can always count on her to help me figure it out!
The staff was very helpful and patient with me. I was difficult with back and forth changing my mind on the amount I wanted to borrow. Great service
