I've had worse customer service, but these people don't know anything about the routes and refuse to help riders that are unfamiliar with the area.
You need to tell your drivers to slow the “truck” down. They drive past my house (rural area) like they are in a hurry or late. If they were driving my grama around like that I’d be p!ssed.
