Very disappointed with this firm's work with our home closing (5th real state transaction). There was an issue with funds disbursement because we ended up closing 3 days early and no one notified the lender nor the insurance to change closing date on their end. We then had to rush to contact lender and insurance on a Friday to be able to close. We were able to get keys to home very late in the day after much stress and frustration.
