We are out of state buyers buying a home in NC. They were referred to us by our realtor. They were wonderful to work with and they kept us well informed. We closed on time, too! We are very happy clients!
Butler & College, LLC was great in communicating, sending instructions of what was needed every step of the way. If we had a question, it was answered quickly. Tamika Jenkins, the lawyer, was very pleasant & professional. Our closing went very well. All paperwork was explained and signed & notorized as needed. We requested a paper copy of all the paperwork and it was easily provided. The office & staff we met were very nice & pleasant. It was a welcomed experience.
If anyone has gone through a closing on a house they know the days leading up to finally signing the papers to moving, etc, is very hectic. The bright spot was working with Tamika Jenkins. We were very fortunate for the opportunity to have met and finalized our paperwork on our new home. Butler and College,llc see very lucky to have such a bright and knowledgeable associate.
