It all went much better than I expected. The attorney explained everything well and I was on my way in less than one hour!
Would not recommend as a closing attorney. We used them because the builder recommended them but wish we would have chose our own. We waited 40 minutes after our scheduled closing time in the lobby and the first 15 minutes no one greeted us. Once we got through closing, they gave us the wrong folder with someone else's financial information and keys to their property. Change in closing date was an inconvenience for me since I live about 4 hrs away
I think some painted not completely on the edge trimming in back green cover and front porch, I saw not completely painted. That is all everything we liked.
