If you are looking for a professional & reliable law firm for your business. I wouldn't recommend this law firm. Work with a law firm that really cares about the business not just the money.
When I met with Ani he seemed like a great guy, and great lawyer. After we left, he did a complete 180 on us. Reneged on his promises, and acted counterproductive to our goals. I'm shocked and disappointed by him.

You are absolutely in good hands with this law firm. I was so stressed out about estate planning. I have been putting it off for years, thinking it would be so complicated and stressful. Quite the contrary! Everyone here especially Gabriela and Attorney Paul Chawla were so helpful and patient with all my questions. They took the time to explain everything and really did a great job dealing with my anxieties. I can't say enough about this law firm. I would give it more stars if I could!
The firm represented us during our recent closing, Bibek was extremely efficient and was constantly in contact with the other party making sure that they did what they were supposed to in order for us to close on time. We have also used the firm for employment contracts as well and other legal matters . We can't say enough good things about Chawla and Ravani, we will certainly use them again in the future.
