I have been shopping here for years! Over the last couple of years I have had nothing but neutral to poor experiences! First thing that happened is they shipped me the wrong tool I ordered a jointer planer combo and they sent me a scroll saw! Things happen but then when I called they told me to send photos which then I would have to wait for them to reply! Busy bee you are really going down hill. The last few visits i have seen a decline in customer service and product on shelves. Today was the last straw, no cash sales 30min before store closing. Not impressed and never returning.
Amazing service and knowledgeable staff ! Don’t go to Home Depot or Rona and waste money and time for your wood working tools best prices and the right tools !
They’ve always been very helpful every time I’ve come in here. Wish there was one closer to St. Catharine’s.
