Was interested in a $3k piece of equipment and after multiple calls/voicemails, could not get anyone to respond from head office. Attempted to work with staff at retail and they were as ambivalent...couldn't be bothered to callback and provide info to make the sale. If you cant get service BEFORE the sale, betting there is also none AFTER.
