They have horrible customer service and communication. I placed an online order and received a shipping confirmation email on December 1st and to this day, December 8th, the package hasn't been sent yet. I've emailed and called multiple times to get an update and subsequently cancel the order but nobody has responded to my emails and can't get a hold of anyone at the order desk over the phone and it goes to voicemail. It's ridiculous!

this store is fraudulent place. I returned an item and this store refused to refund me. Low quality tools and bad customer service. it has financial struggle and will be bankrupt soon
I've now ordered several times from BB. Their deliveries have been timely and I'm happy with the quality for cost of the products. I just used their new online chat feature and that helped resolve some product confusion. I'll now be ordering during the Black Friday sale to take advantage of some savings.
As a woodworker for more than 5 decades, I’ve been a BB customer for about 40 years long before they had a store in Nova Scotia. On an annual basis I spend between 500 and $1000 in my local store in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. I’m also an active member of the Atlantic Woodworkers Association and I know many of our members shop at Busy Bee.
