The staff at Busy Bee were excellent to deal with! I had a problem with a wood lathe that was purchased in March. When the part required would not be available for 6 months they exchanged the machine for a new one. The customer service staff (Mary and Sandra) were amazing. They were friendly and returned my emails and phone calls very promptly. Manuel in service made the decision to replace the machine rather than have me wait 6 months for the part.
