Limited experience with Busy Bee prior to recent order. I experienced excellent communication and satisfaction with regard to an issue with one item in the order. The description of the item on web site indicated inclusion of a mechanical pencil with the Dasqua T-ruler. Noah, customer service agent, provided good communication and resolution of the deficient item by offering a complete T-ruler item refund. I just purchase a thickness sander on sale and I was really impressed with the help I received selecting the right machine for my needs. I've been dealing with Busy Bee for years and I have never been disappointed with any of their products that I've purchased.
I worked at Busy Bee Tools for over a year, and my experience was disappointing. Hard work was rarely recognized, and communication from management was often dismissive. Despite taking on extra responsibilities and training new employees, I never received a raise, while others with less experience were paid more from the start.
