Placed an order online on a Thursday. It still hadn't shipped by the following Thursday. I sent in 2 support tickets, left 2 voicemails trying to cancel the order and got no response. Finally had someone answer the phone on Friday and was told someone would email back. Someone emailed back saying the order was cancelled and the refund had been issued and would take 3-4 days to process. Never received any cancellation or refund email from their ecommerce system. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Made an online purchase, billed my credit card instantly, waited 2 weeks for pick up info, started service tickets 4 tickets later no contact, finally phoned after 3 weeks was told they never had the planer I bought online so now instead of doing the right thing and giving me a new planer instead of the scratch & dent one they just cancelled the order. Excellent services, Emily and Dung try their best to get us get what we need such as parts of the machines , which is not easy to find. We are very please . Thank you you both
