Half the time the routes are not turned on or the drivers don't follow the route....this app may be a good idea but it's pretty useless when everyone isn't on board with it.
We used this shuttle service. It was able to drive 9 of us to dinner. The bus was clean, and the gentleman driving was very kind (Collingwood, ON). The perfect evening
Coming from the perspective of a business that uses Buswhere to track its fleet, Buswhere has been top-notch. Everything is simpler and just plain works whether its route setup, vehicle tracking, reporting etc. Plus Jack and the Buswhere team are very responsive and will do anything they can to help their clients. If you have school buses or shuttles that need to be tracked, don't even think twice - go with Buswhere.
