Tiffany the bus driver for the 5pm bus from Estes to Union Station gives above and beyond service to everyone on the bus and treats my service animal with respect and love which means the world to me. Last Saturday on the 7am bus leaving Union Station going to Estes, that driver was rude, curt, and did not understand what a PSD was and he denied my service dog and I access.
