Do not use this company. They are far from being professionals and they do not pay their employees, lying to them and making up excuses. I invite everyone that had a bad experience with this company to denounce it to the police, they use casual employees and never pay them. Hope justice in this country works and they stop him.

We had to move a large 3 bedroom house items from Sydney to Brisbane at very short notice. Both houses were high set. We had to put off by a day as the weather was bad and we were not fully ready. Bustamove Removals helped us with the packing, were warm, friendly, very accommodative and helped us whole heartedly with unchanging high spirit from the start to the finish. They are very good at their job and give timely and useful advice.

There was nothing positive about my experience with Christopher Boyce from Bustamoveremovals. After full payment for an interstate move, Chris was not contactable until the day prior the move where he was still unable to provide satisfactory terms and conditions or contracts for indemnity or personal liability insurance. After cancelling the move he refused to refund. Three months of dealing with Fair Trading and finally NCAT has resulted in a legal determinant refund being enforced.
