We make it our practice to be very thorough with all and any transactions taking place. In this particular situation we even had our CPA attend one of the several meetings to discuss accounts in detail at no cost to the client. We have been helping hundreds of families for over 21 years without any negativity. A full written income plan was provided and clearly explained how they will be able to enjoy retirement with peace of mind. We continue to strive in all areas of income, investment, tax and legacy planning.
We attended a seminar and were impressed with the presentation and chose **** Bussenger as our representative. However, the experience has not been a good one as we were given poor tax advice, disclosure of account restrictions and costs were not provided or explained, funds were transferred to the wrong account and lack of knowledge regarding social security.
