Had a bad experience dealing with Teena Leschinski in 2 land transactions. She's not a lawyer, but she thinks she knows everything, and she's prepared to be rude, insufferable and know-it-all. She wasn't helpful for the most part. She did point me in the right way as to website dealing with the government of Saskatchewan, and I did all the work myself applying for the lead up to being granted a new title to the land we were in the process of selling.
