We booked Busmanity to shuttle guests to our wedding in Brooklyn. The shuttle was scheduled to leave the hotel for the venue at 4:30 PM. The shuttle did not arrive at the hotel until 5:30 PM. Our wedding ceremony started over an hour late because of this.

There were some problems with the first booking agent. Robert, a supervising agent, answered the phone, clarified the situation, and took care of my reservation. Following that, he followed up and made the process as simple as possible. I would definitely book there again, and the next time I might just ask for Robert right away.
