We had a great time. We were concerned about how the driver would greet us, but he arrived on time and took excellent care of us. To be honest, we would not have slept so comfortably if it hadn't been for the Basmaniti crew. The sound system was simply superb. The party bus was fantastic and spotless. They provided us with a bus so that we could barnstorm the Iowa Caucuses with 20 Massachusetts students. The bus was excellent, and our driver was exceptional. When we did this four years ago, we used a different company, and Bm was far superior. We will use them again on our next trip because the price was reasonable.
Den was an absolute dream and blessing to work with! We rented a bus through Bm for a highly stressful client campaign that involved a lot of last minute requests, planning and stress, and Den handled everything with the utmost grace, empathy, understanding and helpfulness. Not only is their service the best charter bus and party bus in NYC, they also helped me book a tour of one of my favorite bands for when they come next year!
