Sorry y'all. I guess none of us will ever get our documents back.. same story year after year to somebody new... I finally hired someone else to do the best they could with what we had.. pathetic example of this human's nature. It's like we all know you're lying to us but what can we do about it? One star because zero is not an option
Update - we are going on year 3 now of this business refusing to return calls or emails. They have all business receipts and documents and never filed 2021 taxes or 2022. Have made weekly attempts to contact this company for the 18 or so months. Stay away from them. They can't even own up to losing the documents Has all unfiled tax documents. Never open, doesn't answer calls. Holding documents hostage.
They lost all my documents then gave me runaround and lies for the rest of the year. It's currently the year 2023 and my 2021 small business taxes still have not been filed.. gave 1 star because zero is not an option.
Great people excellent experience
Took over 6 weeks for a small business return, multiple calls that were never returned then find out they lost all my paperwork. A years worth of receipts! Do not recommend.
