Collection agents are incredibly condescending, and do not allow people space to speak and explain whatever situation they’ve got going on and what information they have. immediately saying “mmm no ma’am, no ma’am, that is not correct” as i’m speaking about what is happening is unprofessional and unnecessary escalation.
