I wish every collection agency were as professional and pleasant as Business Revenue Systems. I work for a law firm, and one of our clients encountered an issue. Through a miscommunication w my health care provider, I somehow ended up with a letter from BRS. I was really scared to call and deal with the issue. I did and spoke with both Summer and Adam. They explained everything to me so clearly and educated me on how my insurance works. They were so nice and when I verified the amount was truly due w my medical insurance company - they were able to actually reduce my balance! It was easy not scary. It sounds weird, but Im grateful to have this cleared up!

Katherine doesn't understand her job. When I ask for you to verify a debt, you are legally obligated to verify the debt, not argue with me on the phone that they sent you a bill. I don't care. I have proof the bill was paid. It's called debt verification. You shouldn't be catching attitude because I asked you to do your job.
