This woman is a nightmare, the last couple of years Ive had to beg her to do her job properly, the bills are exorbitant, every single return, bas or audit has been late to the point where the ATO has contacted me several times threatening to fine me at which point shes said its not true and she has submitted things that she hadnt. I was so happy at first and I wrote an amazing review and appreciation for the service and help I received. Until I realised some of my funds were not paid or claimed. She promised to assist me with that and I was so happy about it. Little did I know that later on I will now be ignored and she no longer responds to my messages and plea but just ignores me and that is so painful.
