employees are disrespectful
I've banked with them for over 10 years and I'm done. The older employees are rude. They look down their noses at you if you're not dressed to the nines. I've even went to draw money out and there have been times they didn't even speak to me other than to get my account number. The last time I went there, I used the drive thru and wasn't even spoke to at all! She just gave me every dollar in my account, not even asking how much I wanted to take out.
