Definitely not in any hurry to serve you. Very slow waited for an hour for tb test. Website says they open at 730 however, no one starts work until 8. Change your hours in website so, people aren't waiting. 30 mins is a lot of time when your missing work! I guess bc they are the only place like this in Clarksville and ALOT of places use their service they don't have to care about the patient..
Extremely inefficient. You’re gonna be sitting here forever if you have a pre employment or random UA. Receptionist is slow and doesn’t really care, and they have ONE person doing UAs for the entire waiting room. Would not recommend.
I went to Business Health Plus today for drug and alcohol screen. The place was clean and well managed. Stacy did a proficient job of getting my test completed. I appreciate a place like this, especially the cleanliness and the staff being friendly and helpful.
This place runs so slow. The staff has no sense of urgency. Unless you absolutely have to come to this site I would go another route.
I was here for over an hour for a drug screen. Than my potential employer said it was never received/they lost it. Definitely do NOT go here.
