Terrible. Waited FOREVER. And, the 2nd time here, waited forever again. Lobby area temperature is warm and uncomfortable. Needs to be other options in the area.
I’ve always gone to this facility for my DOT physical re certifications. My first time the lady was so freakin rude and gave me a 1 year. The owner Jackie fixed that for me to reflect 2 years. I just went here a few days ago to re certify because my 2 year is due 05/12/2025. They really denied me because I had a cosmetic procedure done that does not impact my ability to safely operate a CMV. Even though my surgeon sent them a statement verifying that. Definitely not in any hurry to serve you. Very slow waited for an hour for tb test. Website says they open at 730 however, no one starts work until 8. Change your hours in website so, people aren't waiting. 30 mins is a lot of time when your missing work! I guess bc they are the only place like this in Clarksville and ALOT of places use their service they don't have to care about the patient..
Extremely inefficient. You’re gonna be sitting here forever if you have a pre employment or random UA. Receptionist is slow and doesn’t really care, and they have ONE person doing UAs for the entire waiting room. Would not recommend.
