Jackie and her staff are very professional and accommodating. Every year I go to have my DOT physical, they are kind, helpful and care and treat me with respect. Thank you!
Terrible. Waited FOREVER. And, the 2nd time here, waited forever again. Lobby area temperature is warm and uncomfortable. Needs to be other options in the area.
I’ve always gone to this facility for my DOT physical re certifications. My first time the lady was so freakin rude and gave me a 1 year. The owner Jackie fixed that for me to reflect 2 years. I just went here a few days ago to re certify because my 2 year is due 05/12/2025. They really denied me because I had a cosmetic procedure done that does not impact my ability to safely operate a CMV. Even though my surgeon sent them a statement verifying that.
