This Doctor is a quake, I lived in pain from work injury for over a month that he couldn’t figure out.. He said there was nothing wrong with me.. I requested another doctor through workman’s comp. The first doctor I saw figured out what was wrong and got me to the proper specialist and surgeons.. Stay away from this quake….
I went to get medical card got done told doctor i had to go DPS card she i already did it for u she didn't now licenses. down grade no have retest they screwed me
