I have had a few experiences with BDFC but the experience I have had with Jonathon Temple recently is one of the best that I have had with anyone in business, much less dealing with finances. Highly recommend him with any of your business needs as his goal is what is best for you and not what is best for him or BDFC.

Horrible, they have no idea how to do their job or what documents they need ... 6 month into it and not moving anywhere. Communication is non existent, you call them and nobody calls you back ... ever ... they just don't call you back ... they don't email back either ... they email just to tell you they need another 1 last document and then another one ... just stay away. 0 stars

I am super grateful for BDFC. They helped me out significantly during the Pandemic. While other banks were only helping existing customers, BDFC worked with me even though I was new. Thank you to this group.

In my many dealings with BDFC I have always found them to be helpful, professional, and reliable. The SBA process has taken a long time when I have needed 7a loans to expand my businesses, but BDFC has made the process as painless as it can be when having to jump through all of the bureaucratic hoops. Highly recommend for small business financing.

The BDFC worked with my downtown Phoenix based business during the COVID crisis to help to secure relief funding. They provided great attention to detail and were great to work with on every level!
