At one time this was a 5 star review. We tried to hire them again for a new project but, the company has been sold since we last worked with them. I no longer have the confidence I had with the previous owner. They had us and we weren't shopping anyone else. Then when I called to verify our meeting I was told Steven didn't remember setting the meeting and was asked if maybe I was shopping other companies and had a meeting with them. No we weren't shopping we were going to hire you.
This company has gone down in customer service. They keep passing accounts around and the numbers don't add up.
We have been using Business Cents for almost 4 months now and so happy with the service, definitely recommend!

customer service was wonderful infact my solution started from talking with customer service. Anna to be precise. it was a wonderful experience having you people train my staff. since the training my accounts staff have been better for it. i will definitly recommend your services.
