I spent alot of the day hunting down and trying a new office chair. The customer service amd knowledge from Chris at McLernons was excellent. He asked me about any back or neck issues and what i was looking for in a chair. Taking that in consideration he showed thw relevent options that would fot me. I got one that fits great. Totally should've not wasted time and gone straight to them. Thanks

Stay away. They say items are in stock when they're not in stock. So they can't supply but still take the money from your account and then you have to make a claim to the bank to get the money back. Staff and the general tone of the whole business is very unprofessional trending towards dishonest in my opinion. Serious scam alert.

I have recently used McLernons Business Base to kit out two warehouse offices, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was first assisted by Virginie Lamond, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating.. She has since left the company but my order was not yet fully completed.
