My mother went to Cheryl to have a last Will and Testament. However, they decided on a Life Estate on the property. Ms. Daley filed the Life Estate with Wayne County years before my mother was deceased. When I called her, she was very defensive. She told me I was going to pay for her time, although the error was hers. I wouldn't recommend her at all because this error caused a lot of issues for me and my mother.

Cheryl Daly has a woman owned business and estate legal service if you need help she is the person to give it. She is mild-mannered, very easy to understand and communicate with. She will stick by you until the job is completed. She is a winner and perfectionist. I am very pleased with her work ethic and her accomplishments. I recommend her to many with the legal system. She is seasoned and knows her way around.

Ms. Daly was professional, understanding, caring, and very patient. Not only did she help get my deed to my mother’s house she was a comfort in many ways, not pressuring me when a family member didn’t cooperate which slowed our process. Ms. Daly was helpful, because she explain the process and the various forms that were needed. Because Ms. Daly did such a fine job in estate planning for my neighbor next door that is why I hired her also. I may be moving soon I’ll need a lawyer again she is my choice.
