Extremely rude young dispatchers. Give you a hard time trying to order cabs or pay with card. And because they claim they don’t understand they put a note under your number lying saying you didn’t pay for your cab even with proof from yourself and the driver that you paid them via Cash App.

If you’re going to use this service because you prefer to shop local, just know the burden will be on you. Call to confirm and make sure to make everything extra clear, they will not be confirming and even then might have your pick up time wrong and require a second call while waiting outside for your ride.
