Really poor communication regarding service and generally expensive with poor selection for kit. Staff is friendly and bike selection seems fine, but I would not go here again for service or kit. I want to like the store but I’ve been pretty disappointed with my experiences so far. ☹️
Olivier was fantastic and able to diagnosis and fix my issues for multiple bikes. Appreciate the friendly service and him being able to explain the problems in a simple manner. Also appreciate Maddie's friendly service, both of them make it a positive experience!
I would like to highlight a great piece of customer service by the store manager. Sometimes, staff get things wrong and customers are unhappy. A good organization /manager will recognize those errors and then go above and beyond to get things resolved. Thank you Robert
