Bought Bushman potatoes 10lb bag from Sam’s Club. I cooked a wonderful pot roast ( purchased from a local Butcher) wanted baked potatoes as a side dish. Baked Bushman potatoes for three hours and still hard. Even microwaved 1 as hubby was taking for lunch. The Bushman potatoes never cooked fully. See pics below. So needless to say dinner was ruined. Texture , was rubbery and hard. I would have given no stars, but that was not an option. Oh, and hubby had gut issues. Unfortunately, I sent the one in the microwave with him.

Bought 2-5 lb bags of russet potatoes 3 days ago. Being a senior citizen and live alone and because I have been unable to get potatoes for a couple weeks I thought it would be wise to "stock up". Bad idea, I have 2-3 potatoes a day. Have had digestive issues every day. I have a mildew smell and potatoes will not cook to a nice fluffy texture.
