The bank was not helpful in helping me cash checks for my father's estate. We had a checking account there with a significant amount of money. They gave me the runaround for 5 months. I brought every document they requested, and they would change it, and not accept it. Finally, I went to PNC bank and they opened an account immediately and deposited the checks for me with the information I had already given to Busey, less information. I'm closing the account at busey bank and I do not recommend anybody use that bank.

Dealt with a loan officer who wasn’t helpful at all just not a pleasant experience at all I will go elsewhere for my banking needs
