Great customer service! Everyone was friendly and answered my questions.
Would not deal with this location. Surprisingly disorganized and require more documentation to withdraw funds than Principal and Bank of America to the point of being ridiculous. Jerry is confused and Sam H is never available. Somehow they are both in meetings for hours straight. I believe it varies from location to location, but this isn't the location you want--Homer Glen.
