Friendly, professional staff.
I went there yesterday 8/2/23 to deposit my check from my second employer. The teller and her supervisor would not deposit it. When I asked why they could not deposit it, they would not provide any explanation. So I took my check back and used the mobile deposit with Busey and not only did the app allow me to deposit it it also made the funds available within a couple of hours. I won't return to this location for my banking needs.
Very grateful for Busey, they have been great to bank with over the years. Recently was scammed and they were very helpful in resolving my dispute and getting my money back. Thank you!
