Don't waist your time. This bank has the worst record for service on loans. It makes requirements on loans that cause delays and cost us a buyer. This was a VA loan with a retired postal worker and he lost out because of them. Thanks for nothing loan officer Ritta R of Kansas City. Find another place to get a loan.
Great bank to work with This bank is local, so you do get better customer service here and more personal attention than you would at a larger chain bank where they have a large number of customers and can afford to lose business.

They pay close attention to their customers needs and offer a wide variety of products to meet a wide variety of circumstances. Stop messing with the scammers that advertise on the radio and call this group of business people.
