Had a great experience setting up a joint account at this location! The man helping us, Kenny, was really helpful explaining the different account types. He took the time to understand our needs and goals to use what would work best for us. Great customer service, as always

I am so completely disgusted in these folks I threw up in the street when I left the bank. We had opened two different accounts one business one personal. We made this move because we were going to change our financial institution that was processing our transactions to Busey bank but because of our obligations with square it was going to be a process and not an immediate complete transition. I closed my Busey accounts only because I moved out of state and wanted to have access to a bank with a local branch. In my more than 10 years with Busey, I never encountered a problem that wasn't quickly solved. I'd still be with the bank if I hadn't moved. I would like to especially recognize Jessica P. in Chesterfield and Anthony in Customer Service for their exceptional skill in working with customers.
