Great sales and service. David was nice and helpful in the bike shop. We purchased two bikes and he answered all of our questions without any pressure.
We were in a neighboring town to Buscher Bros. Our jacks would not go down, nor would the slide outs work. We were 400 miles from home and about ready to go back home. I called Tammie about 4 p.m.and asked if there was any way we could bring it over in the morning. She said to bring it right over. Jeff had the problem solved in less than two minutes! Very knowledgeable and over the top nice people! I would highly recommend!!!
Great to deal with, excellent staff with plenty of knowledge of items. Will definitely do business with again... Now they have a full service bicycle shop inside.
Great selection of rc equipment and very knowledgeable staff. They are always ready to answer any questions!
Wish I could give them a 0 star. Was going to drive a 6 hour round trip to pick up a Ice Castle that they agreed to hold for me. Then sold the unit out from underneath me. Thank god I called because they didn't. Trustworthy business?? Nope, just some shady customer service.
