I reached out to Nate in April based on a BiggerPockets recommendation for tax compliance and preparation. After multiple follow-ups and providing the requested information, I've received no communication or assistance. I would have avoided this review if Nate had simply responded to my follow-ups. Nate Busch and the team make filing our taxes and seeking advice an easy process. He is very knowledgeable in various areas. I'd highly recommend working with his team. In a world where good customer service is lacking, the team at Busch Tax is always prompt, responsive, and does a great job.
We have complicated investments etc and need someone with high expertise to do our taxes. We've been very pleased with the service Nate provides. We will keep using him. He knows a great deal when others seemed to have no clue what I was talking about.
