What a great help! We bought a new tv and couldn’t get the DISH remote to sync. I was walked through the process and got it working within minutes! Was also urged to call anytime for support if needed. I highly recommend! FYI: the address listed is not a brick and mortar store-just call and he will help you out. Thank you so much!
Our dish went out and it was -5 degrees and Paul drove out right away. He fixed eveything and was super nice. We had been with Mediacom for 12 years and switched to Dish. Who knows how long it would have taken Mediacom to come out. It was also cheaper and we will save over $1,500 a year and with more channels.
