We charted a 56-passenger bus for an employee engagement trip to NYC from CT. Our driver Kirk was professional, courteous and prompt. It was a smooth process from booking online to the day of the trip. Before our scheduled date, I received a text message with the driver information and a dedicated customer service number to call if any issues arose (I did not need to use the number, as everything went according to plan).
