This place seems to be the only facility servicing the San Gabriel Valley area. They used to stand by there word and work. Since the new management, things have changed. There is no courtesy shuttle, for those bringing the vehicles from other surrounding cities. It takes a while to get your vehicle back once dropping it off. They don't seem to inspect it for preventive maintenance any longer. To sum it up I enjoyed it more when Terry S. was managing. If there was a problem he made sure it was taken care of
