Unsure if the staff are overwhelmed or just have an issue communicating. Please arrive at 9:30. There’s a 15 minute grace period. After that, you’ll be turned away. Class closes at 9:45. Prepare for 1.5 hours. Class is complete by 11am. No one gave me this information when the appointment was made.
