Have just used the service again for the 3rd time and excellent service once again! Explained the whole process and appointment made quickly. Excellent, professional service. Got an appointment really quickly and staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend
Harsha and Joanne are brilliant. I had struggled with NHS hearing aids for years and pretty much given up as my issues were with clarity. I'd got to the point where my hearing loss was really impacting my life. Harsha let me try the hearing aids first and the difference was incredible. This has made a huge difference to me in work and with my family . Hearing loss can be lonely and isolating , coming to Bury Hearing Centre has been a game changer!!
Excellent service from Hardah. He listened to my reasons for attending, explained everything he did, conducted various tests and then explained his findings. Didn't feel rushed or pressured, and no hard sell. In fact, he told me hearing aids would not help with my slight hearing loss and said it would be better to come back in two years. Can't rate him highly enough. Very very pleased.
Harsha is not very good,he is excellent... Caring, professional and personable. Excuse the pun but 'earside ' manner excellent, knowledgeable young man. Nothing else needs to be said.
My husband went here for ear wax removal and found the staff to be very professional and courteous. The place was clean and everything was explained to him about the procedure. As soon as they removed the ear wax his hearing improved 100%.
