I contacted this firm and I got a email on 01-28-2026 that they would be in contact with me shortly about my case and it is now 02-16-2026 and I haven't heard nothing else from them so that's why I gave the one star would have gave zero if I could I mean after I sent in my information you would think in this business I would got a response yes or no if they could take my case

I trusted Burt to handle my case and he completely let me down. He assured me that he would file suit, but never did. Because of his negligence, I missed out on my entire case. I relied on his word and professionalism, and now I’ve lost the opportunity for justice. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable or trustworthy.
