These guys working here literally are the biggest jokes. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. I always tip at least 20-40 per renter. But never here. I am writing this review because this is two years in a row we made a reservation. Went in and the guys treated my young son (who only says please and thanks and yes sir and yes ma’am) like a piece of $hit. These kids are destined for nowhere with no customer service experience. Bought stepins at a ski shop near home. They didn’t fit the boots properly so my feet hurt. Matt the manager heated them no charge and changed my life. No more pain. Highly recommend going here. He knows his stuff and has great personality!

Matty was all over it. Put me in the best board and bindings I’ve ever used and will likely buy. Listen to him. He gives good instruction and means what he says.

Matt and the team at Burton Telluride are knowledgeable, helpful and passionate. They set me and my two boys up on three new and ex demo boards and we extremely accomodating with allowing us to try out different boards to ensure we got the right board and gear setup. Thank you for an amazing experience. Our trip to Telluride has been enhanced by my positive experience at the Burton Mountain Village store.

We came in with 20 minutes to close with a group of 4 all needing fitted for rentals, Matty helped us out and was kind and knowledgeable. Stayed 30 minutes after close and the doors were locked to get us what we needed to hit the slopes the next morning. Cannot recommend this place and Matty enough!
